What Close+ adds

Questions

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep Close+ features until then. We do not charge you again after you cancel.

What if I do not like it?

Email support@close.city within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer, to your first payment. A person reads that inbox.

Does the free map change?

Users retain access to all free map features. Close+ adds advanced features on top of the existing options. Close+ subscribers also get the satisfaction of knowing they have helped to keep the open service running for everyone.

What happens to my maps if I cancel?

Your account, saved maps, and preferences are kept. Saved maps that use Close+ features load with free-tier styling, and saving new maps is blocked until you rejoin.

Is there a free trial or an annual plan?

Not today. Close+ is $10/month, plus any applicable taxes. If that changes, we will say so before it affects you.

How does this relate to the API?

Close+ includes 10,000 API tokens each paid month, added to your account balance. The Close API serves the same travel-time database as a metered JSON API, and you can buy token packs separately whether or not you are a member.
